What happens in the hour
We meet live on Zoom for 45 to 60 minutes. I explain what breathwork actually does to your nervous system, in plain language and without the mysticism. Then I guide you through a 15 to 20 minute guided breathwork journey: you lie down, put your headphones on, and follow the breath while the soundscape carries you. Afterward there is room to land, and room to ask me anything.
It is short on purpose. This is not a watered-down version of the work so much as an honest sample of it, long enough that your body actually feels the shift rather than just hearing about it.

What you need
- Headphones. Over-ear if you have them. The sound is the vehicle, so this one is not optional.
- A quiet room where nobody needs you for an hour.
- Somewhere to lie down: a bed, a mat, a couch, a floor.
- A blanket, if you like being warm when your body lets go.
Why it is complimentary
Because I would rather you experience this than be sold it. People who have spent years reading about healing have usually been sold plenty already. If a Tuesday is the whole of what you ever do with me, that is a good outcome. If it opens something and you want to go further, there are deeper ways in.
