As far back as I can remember, I experienced physical pain that never seemed to have a clear explanation. There were tests, labels, possibilities, and opinions, but none of them felt like an answer I was willing to accept. At the same time, I found myself fascinated by things most people weren't paying attention to: consciousness, the subconscious mind, brainwave frequencies, bodywork, energy, and the relationship between the mind and the body. What began as curiosity became a lifelong search for understanding and relief.
Over the years I explored what felt like every path available. Chiropractic care, massage, energy work, hypnosis, subconscious programming, seminars, certifications, books, frequencies, breathwork, spiritual practices, and countless other modalities. With each discovery I felt like I was getting closer. I genuinely believed that if I kept searching, I would eventually find the thing that would finally make everything click.
Looking back, I was doing what many seekers do: trying to think, learn, understand, and analyze my way into freedom.
What gradually became clear was that awareness alone wasn't creating the change I was looking for. I could understand more and still carry tension. I could learn more and still feel disconnected. I could explain my patterns and still experience them. The deeper realization was that the search itself had become part of the cycle. I had spent years assuming the answer was something I hadn't learned yet, when the possibility I hadn't considered was that the mind might not be the thing that could set me free.
Then I found 9D
What caught my attention wasn't simply that it was breathwork. It was that it brought together so many of the things I had spent years exploring separately: breath, music, subconscious suggestion, nervous system regulation, binaural beats, frequency, guidance, repetition, and community. Instead of asking me to understand more, it invited me to experience more.
One experience in particular changed how I think about what is possible. After a profound release, life felt different. Not because my problems disappeared, but because I felt more available to life itself. More space in my body. More connection to the people around me. Less reactivity. It felt as though there had always been colors available that I simply hadn't been able to see before.
That experience didn't convince me I had healed everything. It convinced me there was a path forward.
Where the mind work meets the body work
My work sits at the intersection of cognitive transformation and somatic integration. As a certified facilitator of David Bayer's mindset and identity frameworks, and through 9D Breathwork's immersive somatic experiences, I help people move beyond understanding their patterns to actually embodying change. The mindset work provides the map. The breathwork provides the embodiment. The bridge between them is where freedom lives.
Certifications, stated plainly
- David Bayer Certified Mindset Facilitator
- Active and current certification.
- 9D Breathwork Facilitator
- Currently completing the final certification requirements. Breathwork sessions are offered as part of that certification process and this beta launch phase.
Why this project exists
I do this work because I know what it feels like to spend years searching, and I know how exhausting that becomes. My goal is not to help people become better seekers. My goal is to help them become more available for life, love, connection, purpose, and the full experience of being alive. Individual healing matters, and the bigger vision is communities, workplaces, and future generations that can metabolize stress and hardship instead of storing them.
That starts here, at home in Southwestern Ontario, and online with anyone who can find a quiet room and a pair of headphones.
In my own words
For years, I believed that more awareness would eventually create the life I was seeking. The more I learned, the more I understood.
Yet there remained a gap between what I knew and how I experienced life. Despite all of that understanding, I sensed there was more available to me than I was actually experiencing. More peace. More freedom. More connection. More aliveness.
I came to realize that the gap was not a lack of awareness. It was a lack of embodiment.
The Embodied Human Project was created to help bridge that gap, moving from awareness into embodiment through breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindset, and human potential.
