Nobody can explain this to you
Every description of 9D breathwork sounds like every other wellness promise. So rather than describe it, here is fifteen minutes of the real thing.
This is a full mix: the cinematic opening, then a five-minute guided breath sequence. It is the same audio architecture used in a full journey, just shorter. Nine layers moving around you at once, which is where the name comes from.
You do not need to prepare. You do not need to know how to breathe properly, or have done this before, or believe anything in particular. Lie down, or sit somewhere you can stay still, and let it run.
Before you press play
Headphones, not speakers. This is built in the stereo field. Through a laptop speaker you get the music and lose the thing that makes it different. Corded headphones are better than wireless, because Bluetooth compresses what it sends.
Not while driving. Not while cooking, not while working. The whole point is that your attention goes somewhere other than the task in front of you.
Breathing may make you feel things. Tingling in the hands or face is common and passes. If you feel lightheaded, stop and breathe normally. This is a wellness experience, not medical treatment or therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before taking part.
If it lands, the next step is doing it with other people in the room. That is what Taster Tuesdays are for, and they are complimentary. If you want to know why this practice exists at all, start with The Journey.
Stop working on yourself. Start living as yourself.
Taster Tuesdays are complimentary and online, every Tuesday at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM Eastern. Bring headphones.
